ضاعف مبيعاتك واصنع الحدث مع EVNTOWN نحن نؤمن بأن الفعالية العظيمة تستحق جمهوراً حقيقياً يقدرها. لذلك، لم نكتفِ بتوفير نظام التذاكر فحسب، بل صممنا لك في EVNTOWN "ترسانة تسويقية" مدمجة داخل لوحة تحكمك، تهدف إلى القضاء على هدر ميزانيتك الإعلانية وتوجيه فعاليتك مباشرة إلى هواتف آلاف المستخدمين النشطين الباحثين عن الخروجات والتجارب الجديدة.

تُشكل هذه الوثيقة ملحقاً تشغيلياً إلزامياً لـ "اتفاقية وشروط استخدام المنظمين (B2B SLA)". وتهدف إلى تنظيم آلية بيع وتفعيل باقات الترويج بشفافية تامة تضمن لك وصولاً حقيقياً، وتحمي موارد المنصة التقنية.

البند الأول: الباقات الترويجية (ماذا نُقدم لك؟)

1. باقة Boost (مُعزز الظهور والوصول السريع)

  • سعر الباقة الإطلاقية: 699 جنيه مصري.
  • مدة التفعيل: 5 أيام متتالية.
  • تثبيت الفعالية (Top Event): ظهور متميز ومضمون لفعاليتك وتثبيتها في قسم "القمة" بالصفحة الرئيسية للتطبيق لضمان أعلى معدلات الرؤية (Visibility).
  • الوصول المباشر (Push Notification): إرسال إشعار دفع ترويجي عام (1) لجميع مستخدمي التطبيق النشطين لحثهم على الحجز الفوري.
  • الدعم الاجتماعي: نشر قصة تفاعلية (Story) وإدراج الفعالية في "دليل الويك إند" ضمن النشرة التسويقية لـ EVNTOWN.
  • التميز والتحليل: إضافة شارة "Trending" الجذابة على واجهة فعاليتك، مع توفير تقرير أداء دقيق يتتبع نقرات المبيعات عبر لوحة التحكم.

2. باقة Pro Dominance (الجناح الاحترافي للنمو الشامل)

  • سعر الباقة الإطلاقية: 999 جنيه مصري.
  • مدة التفعيل: 10 أيام متتالية.
  • الهيمنة البصرية (Splash Screen & Top Event): تثبيت الفعالية كـ (Top Event) لمدة 10 أيام، مع ظهورها كـ "إعلان كامل الشاشة" فور فتح التطبيق (Splash Screen) لمدة 3 أيام متتالية (أقوى مساحة إعلانية لدينا).
  • الاستهداف الذكي (2 Push Notifications): إرسال إشعار عام للكل، وإشعار آخر "ذكي" وموجه خصيصاً لإعادة استهداف (Retargeting) من تصفحوا فعاليتك ولم يحجزوا بعد.
  • التلعيب الفيروسي (Lucky Wheel): إدراج تذاكر فعاليتك كجائزة ترويجية داخل "عجلة الحظ" اليومية، مما يضمن آلاف المشاهدات والنقرات العضوية يومياً.
  • الدعم الشامل (Social & Email): نشر قصتين تفاعليتين وبوست رئيسي مخصص، بالإضافة لحملة إيميل تسويقية مخصصة (Newsletter) لقاعدة مستخدمينا.
  • تحليلات وتقارير الـ VIP: تزويدك بتقرير جغرافي وديموغرافي دقيق، وتفعيل "نظام استطلاع رأي تلقائي" للحضور بعد الحدث، يتم تجميعه لك في تقرير PDF احترافي وجاهز للعرض على رعاتك.

البند الثاني: طبيعة الأسعار (دعم الانطلاق)

  • أسعار إطلاق ترويجية مؤقتة: الأسعار المذكورة أعلاه (699 جنيهاً و 999 جنيهاً) هي أسعار مدعومة صُممت خصيصاً لمرافقة شركائنا الأوائل (Cohort 1) وتمكينهم من تجربة النظام التقني بأقل تكلفة ممكنة.
  • التعديل التدريجي: للاستمرار في تقديم أعلى جودة، تحتفظ EVNTOWN بالحق في مراجعة وتحديث هذه الأسعار أو هيكلة المميزات مستقبلاً بناءً على تطور خوارزميات التطبيق ونمو قاعدة المستخدمين. الأسعار المطبقة هي دائماً تلك المعروضة في لوحة تحكمك وقت تأكيد الدفع عبر بوابة شركائنا.

البند الثالث: سياسة عدم الاسترداد (حماية الموارد التقنية)

نحن نعمل بشفافية تامة؛ بمجرد قيامك بشراء أي باقة ترويجية، يقوم النظام برمجياً وفي نفس اللحظة بحجز مساحات إعلانية وتسييل إشعارات لآلاف الهواتف. ونظراً للاستهلاك الفوري لهذه الموارد، فقد تم وضع ضوابط الاسترداد التالية:

  • لا يمكن الاسترداد بعد التفعيل: تُعتبر رسوم الباقات غير قابلة للاسترداد نهائياً (سواء كلياً أو جزئياً) بمجرد إتمام الدفع بنجاح. كما لا يمكن تحويل رصيد الباقة للترويج لفعالية أخرى.
  • في حال إلغاء الفعالية: إذا اضطررت كمنظم لإلغاء أو تأجيل الفعالية، فإن قيمة الباقة الترويجية لا تُرد. فبرمجياتنا التسويقية قامت بالفعل بأداء مهمتها واستهلكت الموارد لصالح فعاليتك قبل قرار الإلغاء.
  • لا ضمان لمبيعات محددة (Disclaimer): منصة EVNTOWN تضمن لك دقة الاستهداف ومعدلات الظهور القوية (Reach & Impressions)، ولكننا لا نضمن رقماً معيناً لمبيعات التذاكر. فقرار الشراء يعتمد على عوامل تخصك (مثل جاذبية المحتوى، تسعير التذكرة، وقوة الحدث).
  • بند الصيانة الطارئة: في حال حدوث عطل تقني طارئ في سيرفرات المنصة أدى لتوقف ظهور إعلانك، فإن التزامنا نحوك يتمثل في "تعويضك بأيام ترويج إضافية مجانية" تعادل تماماً فترة التوقف، دون أن يترتب على ذلك حق في الاسترداد النقدي.

البند الرابع: ضوابط المحتوى (مسؤوليتك كشريك)

  • الملكية الفكرية: أنت تُقر بامتلاكك لكافة الحقوق والتراخيص القانونية لأي صور، لوجوهات، أو فيديوهات تقوم برفعها في حملتك الإعلانية، وتتحمل وحدك المسؤولية عن أي انتهاك لحقوق الغير.
  • المحتوى الآمن: يُحظر تماماً الترويج لأي محتوى خادش للحياء، عنصري، أو يخالف القوانين والآداب العامة في جمهورية مصر العربية.
  • حماية المنصة والمجتمع: تحتفظ EVNTOWN بالحق في الإيقاف الفوري أو الحذف لأي حملة ترويجية دون سابق إنذار، وبدون التزام برد قيمة الباقة (يسقط حق الاسترداد هنا كإجراء تنظيمي)، وذلك في حالات مخالفة سياسات المحتوى، أو إذا تبين أن الفعالية وهمية أو تهدف لتضليل الجمهور، أو إذا فشل المنظم في إثبات حصوله على التصاريح الأمنية والنقابية اللازمة عند طلبها.

الإقرار الإلكتروني: بمجرد اختيارك للباقة الترويجية وإتمام عملية الدفع داخل لوحة التحكم، فإنك تُقر بصفتك الشريك المنظم، باطلاعك وموافقتك التامة وغير المشروطة على كافة الشروط والمخرجات الفنية المذكورة في هذه الوثيقة لضمان نجاح فعاليتك.

Multiply Your Sales and Make an Impact with EVNTOWN We believe that a great event deserves a real audience that appreciates it. Therefore, we didn't just provide a ticketing system; we designed a built-in "marketing arsenal" for you within your EVNTOWN dashboard. This aims to eliminate the waste of your advertising budget and direct your event straight to the phones of thousands of active users looking for outings and new experiences.

This document constitutes a mandatory operational annex to the "Organizers' Terms and Service Agreement (B2B SLA)." It aims to regulate the mechanism of selling and activating promotional packages with absolute transparency, ensuring real reach for you while protecting the platform's technical resources.

Clause One: Promotional Packages (What Do We Offer You?)

1. Boost Package (Visibility Enhancer and Rapid Reach)

  • Promotional Launch Price: 699 EGP.
  • Activation Duration: 5 consecutive days.
  • Event Pinning (Top Event): Premium and guaranteed placement of your event, pinning it in the "Top Events" section on the app's home page to ensure the highest visibility rates.
  • Direct Reach (Push Notification): Sending one (1) global promotional push notification to all active app users to urge them to book immediately.
  • Social Support: Publishing one interactive story and featuring the event in the "Weekend Guide" within EVNTOWN's marketing newsletter.
  • Distinction and Analytics: Adding an attractive "Trending" badge to your event's interface, along with providing an accurate ROI performance report that tracks sales clicks via the dashboard.

2. Pro Dominance Package (The Professional Suite for Comprehensive Growth)

  • Promotional Launch Price: 999 EGP.
  • Activation Duration: 10 consecutive days.
  • Visual Dominance (Splash Screen & Top Event): Pinning the event as a "Top Event" for 10 days, along with its appearance as a "full-screen ad" immediately upon opening the app (Splash Screen) for 3 consecutive days (our most powerful advertising space).
  • Smart Targeting (2 Push Notifications): Sending a global notification to everyone, and another "smart" notification specifically directed for retargeting users who browsed your event but haven't booked yet.
  • Viral Gamification (Lucky Wheel): Featuring your event tickets as a promotional prize inside the daily "Lucky Wheel," ensuring thousands of daily organic views and clicks.
  • Comprehensive Support (Social & Email): Publishing two interactive stories and a dedicated main post, in addition to a customized email marketing campaign (Newsletter) sent to our user base.
  • VIP Analytics & Reports: Providing you with an accurate geographic and demographic report, and activating an "automated feedback survey system" for attendees post-event, compiled for you in a professional PDF report ready to be presented to your sponsors.

Clause Two: Nature of Pricing (Launch Support)

  • Temporary Promotional Launch Prices: The prices mentioned above (699 EGP and 999 EGP) are subsidized prices specifically designed to accompany our early partners (Cohort 1) and enable them to experience the technical system at the lowest possible cost.
  • Gradual Adjustment: To continue delivering the highest quality, EVNTOWN reserves the right to review and update these prices or restructure the features in the future based on the development of the app's algorithms and the growth of the user base. The applied prices are always those displayed in your dashboard at the time of payment confirmation via our partners' gateway.

Clause Three: Strict Non-Refundability Policy (Protecting Technical Resources)

We operate with complete transparency; the moment you purchase any promotional package, the system programmatically and instantly reserves advertising spaces and dispatches notifications to thousands of phones. Given the immediate consumption of these resources, the following refund controls have been established:

  • Non-Refundable Post-Activation: Package fees are strictly non-refundable (whether fully or partially) once payment is successfully completed. Additionally, the package balance cannot be transferred to promote another event.
  • In the Event of Cancellation: If you, as an organizer, are forced to cancel or postpone the event, the value of the promotional package is not refunded. Our marketing software has already performed its task and consumed resources on behalf of your event prior to the cancellation decision.
  • No Guarantee of Specific Sales (Disclaimer of Performance): The EVNTOWN platform guarantees precise targeting and strong visibility rates (Reach & Impressions), but we do not guarantee a specific number of ticket sales. The purchasing decision depends on factors specific to you (such as content appeal, ticket pricing, and the strength of the event).
  • Emergency Maintenance Clause: In the event of a sudden technical malfunction in the platform's servers that halts the display of your ad, our commitment to you is to "compensate you with free additional promotion days" exactly equal to the downtime period, without this resulting in a right to a cash refund.

Clause Four: Content Guidelines (Your Responsibility as a Partner)

  • Intellectual Property: You acknowledge that you possess all legal rights and licenses for any images, logos, or videos you upload in your advertising campaign, and you bear sole responsibility for any infringement of third-party rights.
  • Safe Content: It is strictly prohibited to promote any content that is indecent, racist, or violates the laws and public morals in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • Platform and Community Protection: EVNTOWN reserves the right to immediately suspend or delete any promotional campaign without prior notice, and without any obligation to refund the package value (the right to refund is forfeited here as a regulatory measure), in cases of content-policy violations, if the event is found to be fake or misleading, or if the organizer fails to prove obtaining the necessary security and syndicate permits when requested.

Electronic Acknowledgment and Consent: By selecting the promotional package and completing the payment process within the dashboard, you acknowledge, in your capacity as the organizing partner, your full, unconditional review and approval of all the terms and technical deliverables mentioned in this document to ensure the success of your event.
