أهلاً بك شريكنا العزيز في إيفنتاون (EVNTOWN) نحن نؤمن بأن الثقة هي حجر الأساس لأي فعالية ناجحة. عندما يقوم المستخدم بشراء تذكرة لحضور فعاليتك، فهو يضع ثقته في منصتنا وفي علامتك التجارية. لذا، صممنا "سياسة حوكمة البيانات" هذه لتكون دليلاً واضحاً ينظم كيفية تعاملنا المشترك مع بيانات الحضور. هدفنا هنا هو تزويدك بالبيانات التي تحتاجها لإنجاح فعاليتك وتقديم تجربة سلسة على البوابات، مع التزامنا المشترك بتوفير بيئة رقمية آمنة تحترم خصوصية المستخدمين وتتوافق تماماً مع القوانين المصرية.

البند الأول: الإطار القانوني وتوزيع الأدوار (من يملك ماذا؟)

• الامتثال للقانون المصري: تلتزم منصة EVNTOWN امتثالاً تاماً وصارماً بأحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية.
• دورنا (المتحكم في البيانات): تُعد شركة (EVNTOWN LLC) من الناحية القانونية هي "المتحكم في البيانات" (Data Controller) و"المعالج الحصري" (Data Processor). نحن من نقوم بجمع، وتأمين، وتشفير البيانات التقنية والسلوكية للمستخدمين (بما يشمل المعرفات الرقمية للأجهزة Device IDs، وعناوين الإنترنت IP Addresses) لضمان أمان المنصة.
• دورك (المُعالج من الباطن): بصفتك منظماً للفعالية، ولتتمكن من إدارة دخول جمهورك بسلاسة، فإننا نمنحك حق الاطلاع المؤقت والمشروط على بعض البيانات. وبمجرد اطلاعك عليها، تُعد قانونياً وتجارياً بمثابة "مُعالج من الباطن" (Sub-processor) لهذه البيانات. وهذا يعني أنك تشاركنا المسؤولية والأمانة في الحفاظ عليها في نطاق فعاليتك فقط.

البند الثاني: حدود اطلاعك كمنظم (ماذا نشارك معك؟)

• الوصول المشروط (Need-to-Know Basis): تمنحك المنصة صلاحية "محدودة ومؤقتة" للاطلاع الفوري عبر لوحة تحكمك (B2B Dashboard) على بيانات الحضور.
• نطاق البيانات المتاحة: تقتصر البيانات التي نشاركها معك على المعلومات التشغيلية الضرورية فقط، مثل: (الاسم الثنائي للمشتري، الموقع الجغرافي، البريد الإلكتروني المربوط بالتذكرة، وفئة التذكرة).
• حماية البيانات المالية: نحن لا نشارك معك أي تفاصيل مالية حساسة (مثل أرقام البطاقات الائتمانية)، حيث تتم معالجتها وحمايتها عبر شركائنا في بوابات الدفع المرخصة.

البند الثالث: التزاماتك كشريك (خطوط حمراء لحماية المجتمع)

• الاستخدام في نطاق الفعالية فقط: يُرجى التكرم باستخدام بيانات الحضور حصرياً لإدارة الفعالية المحجوزة والتواصل الضروري بشأنها. يُحظر تماماً استخدام هذه البيانات في إرسال رسائل عشوائية، أو حملات تسويقية غير مصرح بها، أو رسائل مزعجة (WhatsApp / SMS Spam) خارج نطاق الفعالية دون موافقة صريحة من المستخدم ومنصتنا.
• منع التصدير لبيئات غير آمنة: لضمان عدم تعرض الأجهزة أو الحسابات للاختراق، نلزمك بعدم تصدير، أو تجميع، أو تخزين بيانات الحضور في قواعد بيانات خارجية مكشوفة أو غير مشفرة (مثل ملفات Excel غير المحمية، أو جداول Google Sheets العامة، أو مجموعات WhatsApp). داتا الفعالية مكانها الآمن هو لوحة تحكم EVNTOWN.
• حظر المشاركة مع الغير: سرية البيانات التزام متبادل؛ لذا يُمنع قطعياً بيع، أو مشاركة، أو كشف بيانات الحضور مع أي جهات خارجية، أو شركات إعلانية، أو رعاة تحت أي مبرر تجاري.
• تدريب فريقك: نعتمد عليك في نقل هذه الثقافة لفريق عملك (مثل مسؤولي بوابات الدخول وموظفي الـ Scanner) لضمان التزامهم بالسرية المطلقة أثناء فحص التذاكر.

البند الرابع: تدابير حماية مجتمعنا (الإجراءات التنظيمية)

لأن خصوصية المستخدمين هي رأس مالنا جميعاً، وفي الحالات النادرة التي يثبت فيها حدوث تسريب أو إساءة استخدام للبيانات بشكل يخالف قانون 151 لسنة 2020، فإننا نتدخل لحماية المجتمع باتخاذ الإجراءات التالية:

• الإيقاف الاحترازي: تعليق حساب المنظم التشغيلي والبنكي على المنصة فوراً لحين التحقق من الانتهاك.
• المسؤولية القانونية الفردية: نحن نثق بك، ولكن من الناحية التنظيمية، يتحمل المنظم منفرداً (باعتباره المُعالج من الباطن) كافة التبعات القانونية، المدنية، والجنائية أمام الجهات القضائية وأمام المستخدمين المتضررين من تسريب بياناتهم.
• حماية المنصة (الشرط الجزائي): يحق للمنصة الاحتفاظ بأي أرصدة مالية معلقة للمنظم ومصادرتها كـ "شرط جزائي اتفاقي" لتعويض أي أضرار تلحق بسمعة العلامة التجارية لـ EVNTOWN جراء هذا الإخلال.

البند الخامس: رخصة التسويق المشترك (لنكبر معاً)

بإنشائك للفعالية على نظامنا، فإنك تمنح شركة EVNTOWN رخصة مجانية وغير حصرية لاستخدام "اسم فعاليتك"، "الشعار الخاص بك (Logo)"، والمواد الترويجية المرفوعة، وذلك لعرضها ضمن حملاتنا الإعلانية، وعلى قنواتنا في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، وفي النشرات البريدية كأحد "شركاء النجاح" المعتمدين لدينا.

الإقرار والموافقة الإلكترونية: بالنقر على خانة "أوافق"، أو بالاستمرار في استخدام أدوات المنصة لسحب بيانات الحضور وتقاريرهم، فإنك تؤكد اطلاعك الكامل وموافقتك كـ "شريك نجاح" على الالتزام بكل ما ورد في سياسة الخصوصية وحوكمة البيانات لضمان بيئة آمنة لنا ولجمهورك.

Welcome, our valued partner at EVNTOWN, We believe that trust is the cornerstone of any successful event. When a user purchases a ticket to attend your event, they place their trust in our platform and in your brand. Therefore, we have designed this "Data Governance Policy" to serve as a clear guide organizing our joint handling of attendees' data.

Our goal here is to provide you with the data you need to ensure the success of your event and deliver a seamless experience at the gates, along with our mutual commitment to providing a secure digital environment that respects users' privacy and fully complies with Egyptian laws.

Clause One: Legal Framework and Distribution of Roles (Who Owns What?)

• Compliance with Egyptian Law: The EVNTOWN platform strictly and fully complies with the provisions of the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.
• Our Role (Data Controller): Legally, EVNTOWN LLC is considered the "Data Controller" and the "Exclusive Data Processor." We collect, secure, and encrypt the technical and behavioral data of users (including Device IDs and IP Addresses) to ensure platform security.
• Your Role (Sub-processor): As an event organizer, and to enable you to smoothly manage your audience's entry, we grant you the right to temporary and conditional access to certain data. Upon accessing it, you are legally and commercially considered a "Sub-processor" of this data. This means you share the responsibility and trust with us to protect it solely within the scope of your event.

Clause Two: Limits of Your Access as an Organizer (What Do We Share With You?)

• Conditional Access (Need-to-Know Basis): The platform grants you a "limited and temporary" authorization for real-time access to attendees' data via your control panel (B2B Dashboard).
• Scope of Available Data: The data we share with you is restricted to strictly necessary operational information, such as: (The buyer's first and last name, geographical location, the email linked to the ticket, and ticket category).
• Protection of Financial Data: We do not share any sensitive financial details with you (such as credit card numbers), as they are processed and protected through our licensed payment gateway partners.

Clause Three: Your Obligations as a Partner (Red Lines to Protect the Community)

• Usage Strictly Within the Scope of the Event: Kindly use attendees' data exclusively to manage the booked event and for necessary communication regarding it. It is strictly prohibited to use this data to send random messages, unauthorized marketing campaigns, or spam messages (WhatsApp / SMS Spam) outside the scope of the event without explicit consent from the user and our platform.
• Prohibition of Exporting to Unsecured Environments: To ensure devices or accounts are not exposed to breaches, we mandate that you do not export, compile, or store attendees' data in external, exposed, or unencrypted databases (such as unprotected Excel files, public Google Sheets, or WhatsApp groups). The safe place for event data is the EVNTOWN dashboard.
• Prohibition of Sharing with Third Parties: Data confidentiality is a mutual obligation; therefore, selling, sharing, or disclosing attendees' data to any external parties, advertising companies, or sponsors under any commercial justification is strictly forbidden.
• Training Your Team: We count on you to pass this culture on to your team (such as entry gate supervisors and Scanner staff) to ensure their commitment to absolute confidentiality while scanning tickets.

Clause Four: Measures to Protect Our Community (Regulatory Procedures)

Because users' privacy is our collective core asset, and in the rare cases where data leakage or misuse is proven in violation of Law No. 151 of 2020, we intervene to protect the community by taking the following actions:

• Precautionary Suspension: Immediate suspension of the organizer's operational and bank account on the platform until the violation is verified.
• Individual Legal Responsibility: We trust you, but from a regulatory standpoint, the organizer solely (as the Sub-processor) bears all legal, civil, and criminal consequences before the judicial authorities and the users affected by the leakage of their data.
• Platform Protection (Penalty Clause): The platform reserves the right to withhold any pending financial balances of the organizer and confiscate them as an "agreed-upon penalty clause" to compensate for any damages to EVNTOWN's brand reputation resulting from this breach.

Clause Five: Co-Marketing License (Let's Grow Together)

By creating an event on our system, you grant EVNTOWN a free, non-exclusive license to use your "event name," "your logo," and the uploaded promotional materials, to display them within our advertising campaigns, on our social media channels, and in our newsletters as one of our approved "Success Partners."

Electronic Acknowledgment and Consent: By clicking the "I Agree" checkbox, or by continuing to use the platform's tools to extract attendees' data and reports, you confirm your full awareness and consent as a "Success Partner" to abide by all the provisions of the Privacy Policy and Data Governance to ensure a safe environment for us and your audience.
