أهلاً بك في عالم EVNTOWN.. دليلك لأحلى خروجة وتجربة! نحن هنا لننقلك من عزلة الشاشات إلى متعة الحياة الواقعية. تطبيق إيفنتاون صُمم ليكون "محرك نمط حياتك" (Lifestyle Engine) الذي يساعدك على استكشاف الفعاليات، لف عجلة الحظ، وحجز تذكرتك في ثوانٍ معدودة.

لأننا نهتم بتقديم تجربة سلسة وآمنة لك، قمنا بصياغة هذه الشروط لتكون بمثابة اتفاقية واضحة تنظم رحلتك معنا، وتحمي حقوقك، وتوضح لك دورنا بدقة.

تُشكل هذه الوثيقة اتفاقاً قانونياً مُلزماً بين شركة إيفنتاون (EVNTOWN LLC) (ويُشار إليها بـ "المنصة" أو "نحن")، وبينك كمستخدم للتطبيق (ويُشار إليك بـ "المستخدم" أو "حامل التذكرة"). باستمرارك في تصفح التطبيق أو إنشاء حسابك، فأنت توافق بحب ووعي على كل ما ورد هنا!

البند الأول: من نحن؟ (دورنا وإخلاء المسؤولية)

  • نحن وسيط تقني: منصة EVNTOWN هي بوابة حجز إلكترونية وتكنولوجية؛ نحن نعرض لك الفعاليات ونسهل لك دفع التذاكر، ولكننا لسنا "الجهة المنظمة" أو "المالكة" لأي فعالية تُعرض على التطبيق.
  • إخلاء المسؤولية الميدانية: منظم الفعالية (الذي تشتري تذكرته) هو المسؤول الأول والوحيد قانونياً ومدنياً عن كل ما يخص الحدث؛ بداية من استخراج التصاريح الأمنية، مروراً بسلامة المقر والتنظيم الداخلي، وحتى جودة المحتوى المُقدم. لذا، لا تتحمل EVNTOWN أي مسؤولية عن أي تأخير، إلغاء، تكدس، أو أي حوادث قد تقع (لا قدر الله) داخل الفعالية.

البند الثاني: حسابك الشخصي وأهليتك

  • السن القانوني: يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن (16 عاماً) لإنشاء حساب، وأن تمتلك الأهلية القانونية (أو إشراف والديك) لإجراء المعاملات المالية عبر بوابات الدفع الإلكتروني.
  • سرية بياناتك: أنت المسؤول عن حماية كلمة المرور الخاصة بحسابك، وأي عملية حجز تتم من خلال حسابك تُعد عملية مصدقة ومعتمدة منك شخصياً.

البند الثالث: التذاكر، الرسوم، والمدفوعات (الـ 5%)

  • رسوم الخدمة التشغيلية: عند شرائك لأي تذكرة، يقوم النظام بشفافية تامة بإضافة "رسوم خدمة تقنية" تُقدر بـ (5%) فوق السعر الأساسي للتذكرة الذي يحدده المنظم.
  • لماذا هذه الرسوم؟ هذه الـ 5% هي ما يضمن بقاء تطبيقنا سريعاً ومستقراً، وتغطي تكاليف إصدار التذاكر المشفرة، ورسوم معالجة الدفع الآمنة عبر شريكنا المالي (فواتيرك - Fawaterk).
  • الاسترداد: نظراً لأننا نقدم لك الخدمة التقنية فور إصدار التذكرة بنجاح، فإن رسوم الخدمة (الـ 5%) تُعد غير قابلة للاسترداد نهائياً في حال قررت أنت إلغاء حجزك طواعية. (سترد فقط سعر التذكرة الأساسي وفقاً لقاعدة الـ 24 ساعة الموضحة في سياسة الاسترداد الخاصة بنا).

البند الرابع: التذكرة الذكية ومنع الاحتيال (Anti-Fraud)

  • حظر لقطات الشاشة (No Screenshots): يعتمد تطبيقنا على تقنية (Dynamic QR Code) المتغيرة لحظياً. أخذ "سكرين شوت" للتذكرة سيجعلها غير صالحة للدخول ولن يقرأها الماسح الضوئي (Scanner) على البوابات. يجب إبراز التذكرة الحية من داخل التطبيق مباشرة.
  • النزاعات البنكية (Chargebacks) وسجلات الحضور: لضمان حقوق المنظمين ومنع الاحتيال، يقوم نظامنا بتسجيل لحظة مسح تذكرتك على البوابات بالثانية (Timestamps). يوافق المستخدم صراحة على أن هذه السجلات الرقمية هي "دليل قاطع" على حضوره الفعالية وتلقيه الخدمة، مما يُسقط حق تقديم أي نزاع بنكي (Chargeback) لاسترداد الأموال بعد الحضور.

البند الخامس: سياسة الإلغاء والاسترداد (قاعدة الـ 24 ساعة)

  • الإلغاء الاختياري: يحق لك إلغاء حجزك واسترداد قيمة التذكرة الأساسية، بشرط أن تقوم بذلك قبل 24 ساعة على الأقل من موعد الفعالية (T-24h Cutoff).
  • الإلغاء المتأخر: أي محاولة للإلغاء في آخر 24 ساعة قبل الحدث سيتم رفضها برمجياً لضمان عدم ترك مقاعد فارغة للمنظم.
  • إلغاء الفعالية: إذا ألغى منظم الفعالية الحدث، نضمن لك استرداد 100% من أموالك (شاملة رسوم الخدمة). (راجع صفحة سياسة إلغاء الحجوزات والاسترداد لمزيد من التفاصيل).

البند السادس: برنامج "عجلة الحظ" (Gamification & Rewards)

  • نظام ولاء مجاني: نُقر قانونياً بأن عجلة الحظ هي "برنامج مكافآت ترويجي ومجاني بالكامل" مُقدم من منصة EVNTOWN وشركائها.
  • لا يوجد رهان: لا يُطلب منك دفع أي أموال، رسوم، أو شراء تذاكر كشرط مسبق للف عجلة الحظ. الجوائز تُمنح كنوع من التقدير والترفيه لمستخدمينا النشطين، وبالتالي فهي لا تخضع لأي شكل من الأشكال لقوانين اليانصيب أو تصنيفات المراهنات في جمهورية مصر العربية.

البند السابع: حقوق الملكية الفكرية

جميع التصميمات، الأكواد، المحتوى، وشخصية إيفن (EVN) الموجودة في التطبيق هي ملكية حصرية لشركة إيفنتاون تكنولوجي (EVNTOWN LLC). يُحظر تماماً نسخ، أو تعديل، أو استخدام أي من هذه العناصر لأغراض تجارية دون إذن كتابي مسبق منا.

البند الثامن: التعديلات والقوة القاهرة

  • تحديث الشروط: تطبيقنا يتطور بسرعة، لذا نمتلك الحق في تحديث هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنقوم بإشعارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية داخل التطبيق، واستمرارك في استخدامه يعني موافقتك على النسخة الأحدث.
  • القوة القاهرة (Force Majeure): نحن لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن أي تأخير أو إخفاق في تقديم الخدمة ينتج عن ظروف خارجة عن إرادتنا (مثل: انقطاع الإنترنت العالمي، الكوارث الطبيعية، أو قرارات سيادية مفاجئة).

إقرار الموافقة الإلكترونية (E-Consent): بتسجيل حسابك في تطبيق EVNTOWN، أو الضغط على زر "موافق/تأكيد الحجز"، أنت تؤكد أنك قرأت، فهمت، ووافقت على كافة الشروط المذكورة أعلاه لتنطلق في رحلتك الممتعة معنا.

Welcome to the world of EVNTOWN… your ultimate guide to the best outings and experiences! We are here to transition you from screen isolation to the joy of real life. The EVNTOWN app is designed to be your "Lifestyle Engine," helping you explore events, spin the lucky wheel, and book your ticket in mere seconds.

Because we care about providing you with a seamless and secure experience, we have drafted these terms to serve as a clear agreement that regulates your journey with us, protects your rights, and precisely defines our role.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between EVNTOWN LLC (referred to as the "Platform" or "We") and you, the app user (referred to as the "User" or "Ticket Holder"). By continuing to browse the app or creating your account, you consciously and gladly agree to everything stated herein!

Section 1: Who Are We? (Our Role & Disclaimer)

  • We are a Tech Intermediary: The EVNTOWN platform is an electronic and technological booking gateway. We display events and facilitate ticket payments, but we are not the "Organizer" or "Owner" of any event listed on the app.
  • Field Disclaimer: The event organizer (whose ticket you purchase) is the primary and solely responsible party—both legally and civilly—for everything related to the event. This includes obtaining security permits, ensuring venue safety and internal organization, and the quality of the content provided. Therefore, EVNTOWN bears no liability for any delays, cancellations, overcrowding, or any incidents that may occur (God forbid) during the event.

Section 2: Your Personal Account & Eligibility

  • Legal Age: You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and possess the legal capacity (or parental supervision) to conduct financial transactions via electronic payment gateways.
  • Data Confidentiality: You are responsible for protecting your account password. Any booking made through your account is considered an authorized and approved transaction by you personally.

Section 3: Tickets, Fees, & Payments (The 5%)

  • Operational Service Fee: Upon purchasing any ticket, the system transparently adds a "Tech Service Fee" of 5% on top of the base ticket price set by the organizer.
  • Why this fee? This 5% ensures our app remains fast and stable. It covers the costs of issuing encrypted tickets and secure payment processing fees via our financial partner (Fawaterk).
  • Refunds: Since we provide the technical service immediately upon the successful issuance of the ticket, the service fee (the 5%) is strictly non-refundable if you voluntarily decide to cancel your booking. (You will only be refunded the base ticket price in accordance with the 24-hour rule detailed in our refund policy).

Section 4: Smart Tickets & Anti-Fraud

  • No Screenshots: Our app relies on a Dynamic QR Code that changes instantly. Taking a "screenshot" of the ticket will render it invalid for entry, and it will not be read by the scanner at the gates. You must present the live ticket directly from within the app.
  • Chargebacks & Attendance Records: To protect organizers' rights and prevent fraud, our system records the exact second your ticket is scanned at the gates (Timestamps). The user explicitly agrees that these digital records constitute "conclusive proof" of their attendance and receipt of the service, thereby waiving their right to file any bank dispute (Chargeback) to recover funds post-attendance.

Section 5: Cancellation & Refund Policy (The 24-Hour Rule)

  • Voluntary Cancellation: You have the right to cancel your booking and receive a refund for the base ticket price, provided you do so at least 24 hours prior to the event's scheduled time (T-24h Cutoff).
  • Late Cancellation: Any cancellation attempt within the last 24 hours before the event will be programmatically rejected to ensure the organizer is not left with empty seats.
  • Event Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the event, we guarantee a 100% refund of your money (including the service fee). (Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy page for more details).

Section 6: "Lucky Wheel" Program (Gamification & Rewards)

  • Free Loyalty System: We legally acknowledge that the Lucky Wheel is a "fully free promotional rewards program" provided by the EVNTOWN platform and its partners.
  • No Wagering: You are not required to pay any money, fees, or purchase tickets as a prerequisite to spinning your available free turn. Consequently, it does not fall under any gambling or lottery laws and classifications in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Prizes are awarded purely as a gesture of appreciation and entertainment for our active users.

Section 7: Intellectual Property Rights

All designs, codes, content, and the "EVN" character within the app are the exclusive property of EVNTOWN LLC. It is strictly prohibited to copy, modify, or use any of these elements for commercial purposes without prior written permission from us.

Section 8: Modifications & Force Majeure

  • Terms Update: Our app evolves rapidly, hence we reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes within the app, and your continued use of it constitutes your acceptance of the latest version.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to provide the service resulting from circumstances beyond our control (e.g., global internet outages, natural disasters, or sudden sovereign decisions).

E-Consent Declaration: By registering your account on the EVNTOWN app or clicking the "Agree/Confirm Booking" button, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above to embark on your exciting journey with us.
