شركة إيفنتاون تكنولوجي (EVNTOWN LLC) إصدار 2026

أهلاً بك في منطقتك الآمنة داخل EVNTOWN عشان تعيش أحلى خروجة وتجربة، إحنا بنحتاج نعرف شوية تفاصيل عنك (زي اسمك، واهتماماتك، ومكانك). بس لأننا في إيفنتاون نؤمن بأن "خصوصيتك هي خط أحمر"، صممنا سياسة الخصوصية دي عشان نشرحلك بمنتهى الشفافية: إحنا بنجمع إيه؟ وبنستخدمه في إيه؟ ومين بيشوفه؟

تمت صياغة هذه السياسة واعتمادها لتتوافق بشكل كامل مع قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية. استخدامك لتطبيقنا يعني أنك تضع ثقتك فينا، ونحن نعدك بأن نكون على قدر هذه الثقة.

البند الأول: إيه البيانات اللي بنجمعها وليه؟

• بيانات الحساب الأساسية: لما بتسجل معانا، بنطلب منك (الاسم، رقم التليفون، البريد الإلكتروني، وتاريخ الميلاد) عشان نقدر نأكد حجزك ونوفرلك تذاكرك الخاصة.
• البيانات التقنية والسلوكية: عشان التطبيق يكون ذكي وسريع، بنجمع بيانات تقنية (زي نوع موبايلك Device ID، وعنوان الإنترنت IP Address، وموقعك الجغرافي Location). ده بيساعدنا نظهرلك الإيفنتات اللي بتحصل حواليك في نفس مدينتك، ونحميك من أي محاولات اختراق لحسابك.

نحن (EVNTOWN LLC) نُعد قانونياً "المتحكم في البيانات" (Data Controller)، والمسؤول الأول عن تشفيرها وحمايتها على سيرفراتنا السحابية الآمنة.

البند الثاني: أمان مدفوعاتك (فلوسك في أمان تام)

• لا نحتفظ ببيانات بطاقتك: تطبيق EVNTOWN لا يقوم نهائياً بتخزين أو حفظ أي أرقام لبطاقاتك الائتمانية أو كلمات السر البنكية على سيرفراتنا.
• شركاء الدفع المعتمدين: جميع عمليات الدفع تتم معالجتها وتشفيرها بشكل لحظي عبر بوابات شركائنا الماليين (شركة فواتيرك - Fawaterk) المُرخصة والمعتمدة رسمياً من البنك المركزي المصري.

البند الثالث: مين بيشوف بياناتك؟ (علاقتنا بصناع الفعاليات)

إحنا مش بنبيع داتا! بياناتك هي سر بيننا وبينك، ولكن عشان تقدر تدخل الإيفنت اللي حجزته بسلاسة، بنطبق القواعد دي:

• المشاركة على قدر الحاجة (Need-to-Know): لما بتشتري تذكرة، إحنا بنشارك مع "منظم الفعالية" بياناتك الأساسية والتشغيلية فقط (اسمك الثنائي، فئة تذكرتك، وإيميلك) عشان يقدر يمسح التذكرة بتاعتك على البوابات ويدخلك.
• حظر الإزعاج (Anti-Spam): المنظمون على منصتنا يُعدون قانونياً "معالجين من الباطن" (Sub-processors)، وقد وقّعوا معنا على عقود تمنعهم منعاً باتاً من استخدام رقم هاتفك أو بياناتك لإرسال رسائل إعلانية مزعجة (Spam) أو استخدام الداتا خارج نطاق الإيفنت اللي إنت حجزته. لو أي منظم خالف، إحنا بناخد ضده إجراءات قانونية فورية لضمان راحتك.

البند الرابع: بياناتك و "عجلة الحظ" (الترفيه الآمن)

مشاركتك في عجلة الحظ (Lucky Wheel) اليومية هي تجربة ترفيهية ومجانية تماماً. بنستخدم تفاعلك مع العجلة فقط عشان:

• نكافئك بنقاط أو تذاكر مجانية بناءً على نشاطك.
• نرشحلك إيفنتات قريبة من ذوقك.
• لا يتم استخدام نتيجة لفتك للعجلة في أي أغراض تسويقية خارجية، وهي لا تتطلب أي بيانات مالية للمشاركة.

البند الخامس: حقوقك القانونية (إنت المتحكم)

بموجب القانون المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، إنت ليك كامل الحقوق على بياناتك:

• حق المعرفة والوصول: تقدر في أي وقت تشوف البيانات اللي سجلتها معانا من خلال بروفايلك في التطبيق.
• حق التعديل: تقدر تعدل رقم تليفونك أو إيميلك أو اسمك بسهولة لضمان دقة حجوزاتك.
• حق الحذف (الحق في النسيان): لو قررت في أي وقت إنك تمسح حسابك، تقدر تقدم طلب حذف من داخل إعدادات التطبيق، وسنقوم بمسح بياناتك الشخصية من سيرفراتنا (باستثناء السجلات المالية التي يتطلب القانون المصري الاحتفاظ بها لفترة محددة لأغراض ضريبية).

البند السادس: التزام الامتثال التقني والموافقة الإلكترونية (E-Consent)

نحن في EVNTOWN نربط القانون بالتكنولوجيا. لذلك، عند إنشاء حسابك أو الضغط على زر "أوافق على سياسة الخصوصية"، يقوم نظامنا التقني تلقائياً بتسجيل "سجل تدقيق رقمي" (Audit Trail). هذا السجل يتضمن عنوان الـ (IP) الخاص بك، والتاريخ، والوقت بالثانية (Timestamp). يُعد هذا السجل بمثابة توقيع إلكتروني وإقرار قانوني كامل منك بقراءة وفهم والموافقة على كل ما ورد في هذه السياسة، لضمان الامتثال القانوني الكامل للطرفين.

(هذه السياسة قابلة للتحديث لمواكبة أحدث معايير الأمان والتكنولوجيا، وسنقوم بإرسال إشعار لك عبر التطبيق في حال وجود أي تغييرات جوهرية).

EVNTOWN Technology (EVNTOWN LLC) 2026 Edition

Welcome to your safe zone within EVNTOWN! To ensure you have the best outings and experiences, we need to know a few details about you (like your name, interests, and location). However, because we at EVNTOWN believe that "your privacy is a red line," we designed this privacy policy to explain to you with utmost transparency: what do we collect? What do we use it for? And who gets to see it?

This policy has been drafted and adopted to fully comply with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations. Your use of our app means you are placing your trust in us, and we promise to live up to that trust.

Section 1: What Data Do We Collect and Why?

• Basic Account Data: When you register with us, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and date of birth so we can confirm your bookings and provide you with your exclusive tickets.
• Technical and Behavioral Data: To keep the app smart and fast, we collect technical data (such as your Device ID, IP Address, and Geolocation). This helps us show you events happening around you in your city and protects you from any unauthorized access attempts to your account.

We, EVNTOWN LLC, are legally considered the "Data Controller," and we are primarily responsible for encrypting and protecting your data on our secure cloud servers.

Section 2: Payment Security (Your Money is Completely Safe)

• We Do Not Retain Your Card Data: The EVNTOWN app absolutely does not store or save any of your credit card numbers or bank passwords on our servers.
• Certified Payment Partners: All payment transactions are processed and encrypted in real-time via the gateways of our financial partners (Fawaterk), which are officially licensed and approved by the Central Bank of Egypt.

Section 3: Who Sees Your Data? (Our Relationship with Event Creators)

We do not sell data! Your data is a secret between you and us. However, to ensure you can smoothly enter the event you booked, we apply the following rules:

• Need-to-Know Sharing: When you purchase a ticket, we share only your basic operational data (your first and last name, ticket category, and email) with the "Event Organizer" so they can scan your ticket at the gates and grant you entry.
• Anti-Spam Prohibition: Organizers on our platform are legally considered "Sub-processors". They have signed contracts with us strictly prohibiting them from using your phone number or personal data to send annoying promotional messages (Spam) or using the data outside the scope of the event you booked. If any organizer violates this, we take immediate legal action against them to ensure your peace of mind.

Section 4: Your Data and the "Lucky Wheel" (Safe Entertainment)

Your participation in the daily "Lucky Wheel" is a completely free and entertaining experience. We use your interaction with the wheel solely to:

• Reward you with points or free tickets based on your activity.
• Recommend events that match your taste.
• The outcome of your wheel spin is not used for any external marketing purposes, and it requires no financial data to participate.

Section 5: Your Legal Rights (You are in Control)

Under the Egyptian Law No. 151 of 2020, you have full rights over your data:

• Right to Knowledge and Access: You can view the data you have registered with us at any time through your app profile.
• Right to Rectification: You can easily update your phone number, email, or name to ensure the accuracy of your bookings.
• Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): If you decide at any time to delete your account, you can submit a deletion request from within the app settings. We will erase your personal data from our servers (except for financial records that Egyptian law requires us to retain for a specific period for tax purposes).

Section 6: Technical Compliance and E-Consent Declaration

At EVNTOWN, we bridge law with technology. Therefore, upon creating your account or clicking the "I Agree to the Privacy Policy" button, our technical system automatically records a digital "Audit Trail." This record includes your IP address, the date, and the exact time to the second (Timestamp). This record serves as an electronic signature and a full legal acknowledgment from you that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything stated in this policy, ensuring complete legal compliance for both parties.

(This policy is subject to updates to keep pace with the latest security and technological standards. We will send you an in-app notification in the event of any material changes so you are always kept in the loop).
